Polls

Polls your members actually finish voting on

Ask your community a question — pick one answer or many, set a deadline or leave it open, show who voted or keep it anonymous. Built in the dashboard so it's quick to set up and your members will actually finish voting.

Set it up the way you want, in the dashboard

Write the question, drop in the options, pick the colour, choose the channel and the ping. Want it to schedule itself for later? One field. Want only certain roles to vote? Tick the boxes. Preview the whole thing before you publish — no surprises after you hit go.

02 · Polls

Results update in real time

The message refreshes as votes come in: percentages, bars, total votes cast. Pick whether the live count is public, hidden until the poll ends, or visible only to your staff — the message follows that rule. When the poll closes, the winner gets a marker and the final breakdown can post into a separate results channel if you'd like.

03 · Polls

See who voted for what, when you need to

Click into any poll on the dashboard and you'll see who voted for which option — with their actual Discord avatars next to each pick. Useful when a vote is contested. Anonymous mode hides it from everyone (you included); public mode shares it with members; staff-only keeps it for your mods.

Common questions

Can voters change their mind?
If you want them to. Tick 'allow vote changing' and members can switch their answer until the poll closes. Off by default for stricter votes.
Anonymous or named votes?
Both — and a staff-only middle ground. Public shows every voter; staff-only keeps the list for your mods; anonymous hides it from everyone, including your staff.
Can I schedule a poll to open later?
Yes — set a start time and Phantom drops the poll into your channel at that moment. The auto-close timer is on the same form.
