Do I need to be a Discord admin to add Phantom?
Yes — the invite link needs someone with the Manage Server permission to add Phantom to the server. After that, any admin you configure can sign into the dashboard.
Is Phantom free right now?
Yes. While Phantom is in early access, every module, command and dashboard page is free to use on every server. Pricing for full launch is still being decided — we're not going to promise the full kit will stay free forever, but we will give plenty of notice before anything changes.
What does "early access" mean?
Phantom is live and ready to use today — you can add the bot, open the dashboard, set up your modules and run with it. Early access means we're still iterating, adding new modules, and shaping the roadmap based on what real servers actually need. Full launch is coming.
What permissions does Phantom need?
Phantom asks for the standard set of bot permissions when you install it. Most modules work right out of the box; moderation and role management need the related Discord permissions (Manage Roles, Ban Members, and so on). If anything is missing, the Error Log page in the dashboard tells you exactly what and how to fix it.
How does the dashboard know who I am?
You sign in with your Discord account. Phantom stores your Discord ID, a refresh token, and the list of servers you're in so it can show you the ones you can manage. We don't read messages or DMs.
Can I use Phantom alongside other bots?
Yes. Nothing about Phantom locks you in. Run it next to whatever else you already have — most servers find Phantom replaces a few of their other bots over time, but that's up to you.
What data does Phantom keep?
The settings you configure, your moderation case history, tickets opened through Phantom, giveaway entries and your server's error log. Nothing else. You can request a full export or deletion any time.
Is there an API?
Not yet. A read-only REST API is on the roadmap; we'll announce it on the changelog when it ships.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Join the support Discord linked in the footer. Bug reports go straight to the team; feature requests get triaged weekly.

Up and running in a minute.
